The EU like China: “Without bank accounts, I am a victim of social credit.”
He exposed the Pfizergate scandal, and in his book he revealed the opaque network of lobbyists headed by Bill Gates working for von der Leyen. Now Frederic Baldan is facing retaliation in the form of frozen bank accounts. He reveals to La Bussola: “What is happening to me is the beginning of what will happen to everyone with the combination of the EU's social credit system and the digital euro.”
His allegations formed the basis of the proceedings against Ursula Von der Leyen in the now infamous Pfizergate scandal, namely the text message exchange between the Commission President and Pfizer CEO Alberto Bourla regarding the huge shipment of mRNA Covid vaccines arriving in Europe. That complaint, which cost him his accreditation as a lobbyist registered with the EU, later became a book, published in Italy by Guerini e Associati, in the Scintille series edited by Marcello Foa (read the preface published in preview by La Bussola HERE).
Now, Frederic Baldan, the Belgian who, with his public complaint, revealed the lobbying system that guides the interests of Von der Leyen's administration, is facing a new retaliation. He himself reported it on his X profile: “Banca Ing and Nagelmackers have closed all bank accounts linked to me, in particular that of ‘Edizioni Diritti e Libertà’ (owner of the rights to the book Ursula Gates), that of my consulting firm, my personal account, that of my family, and that of my son, who is only 5 years old.”
So, as already happened to Nigel Farage and unvaccinated Canadian truckers, closing bank accounts becomes an effective method of thought control and echoes the Chinese social credit system that is taking root in the Western world and is now reaching the heart of Europe.
It is clear, in fact, that the reason for the closure of the accounts has to do with the legal case between Baldan and Von der Leyen. And it is no coincidence that the retaliation against the former EU lobbyist represents, from a certain point of view, revenge by the powerful European forces not only for the Pfizergate scandal denounced by Baldan, but also for having revealed, with documents in hand and irrefutable evidence, the Chinese-style social credit system that the EU has set up, first theorizing and then implementing the surveillance capitalism that we have seen at work with the Green Pass, so called in Italy, but conceived by astute European minds.
Indeed, in his book, Baldan retraces all the steps that led to the creation of the tool adopted by states to control contagion or vaccination, placing it within the policy of control of personal freedom imported into Europe by Bill Gates, who collaborated with the Chinese government to create the first tracking tools through social credit.
On page 169 of his book Ursula Gates, Baldan documents that in March 2015, Bill Gates met with President Xi Jinping. The two agreed on the need to implement the social control policies that China had already developed the previous year through its Plan for the Construction of a Social Credit System. In its implementation, the Dragon used, as Baldan writes, “the tools designed and promoted by Gates.”
Baldan certifies that the social credit system was then included in the UN's 2030 agenda and then, through a dense network of lobbies including those of Gates, the Wellcome Trust, the Rockefellers, the World Economic Forum, and the Atlantic Council, it reached Europe thanks to Ursula, supported by these lobbies. This is the genesis of the Green Pass, and as Baldan reconstructs, “it is through Ursula von der Leyen that the Western equivalent of socialism with Chinese characteristics is being implemented within the EU. It is a model of socialism that is no longer national, but global.”
And now this model not only applies in Europe, but has been applied to him.
As he himself explains to La Bussola in this conversation: “This is only the beginning of what will happen to everyone with the combination of the EU's social credit system and the digital euro,” said Baldan. "The EU wants to create intermediate digital platforms to monitor and control our lives. But make no mistake, this is mass surveillance and control 24/7. Your rights and freedoms will become user privileges subject to arbitrary decisions."
But what would be the goal? According to Baldan, "it is to reduce human beings to the status of objects, with the state penetrating and directing every aspect of our lives, ultimately destroying human dignity by depriving us of autonomy. What is being prepared is a ‘digital concentration camp’, and we have a duty to prevent its implementation by the European Commission. I hope that what is happening to me will serve as an example of the ugliness of European institutions, which no longer respect the project of a Europe of nations, nor the treaties, nor European values. We must fight for democracy and freedom."
But how was it possible that, simply put, some credit institutions unilaterally decided to “expel” a customer who, incidentally, has no financial crimes of any kind hanging over his head? We ask whether the banks have given any explanation, even vaguely attributable to reasons that might suggest otherwise. The answer is disconcerting: "The banks have not provided any justification. It is a purely arbitrary decision. Given that two banks did so at the same time, I must assume that the secret services, prompted by politicians, put pressure on my banks to obtain my financial information. To avoid continuing to help the state spy on me voluntarily, the banks had to choose to dismiss me as a customer, along with all the accounts linked to me. I see no other explanation."
But Baldan's battle certainly does not end there. In fact, as he himself wrote on X, “To Ms. von der Leyen, her supporters, and her subordinates, I say loud and clear: intimidation never works. It only strengthens our commitment.”
Baldan has decided to continue pursuing this commitment despite the fact that the court in Liège, to which he turned to file his first complaint, declared itself incompetent: "Our judicial investigation has proven Ursula von der Leyen's guilt, in particular through a 1,000-page police report. At this stage, the EPPO (the European Public Prosecutor's Office, ed.), which is subordinate to Ursula von der Leyen, has declared itself illegally competent and has done everything possible to close our case."
The Liège court, on the other hand, ruled “that we have not suffered any damage as a result of the violation of our human rights and that corruption does not harm taxpayers because state money is not their money.” But, according to Baldan, "this ruling is contrary to the case law of the European Court of Human Rights and violates the constitution to which the judges have sworn obedience. The ruling is, in fact, political, not based on law. The head of the EPPO also lied to the European Parliament by stating that there were no suspicions, despite the fact that the title on the cover of the file is Ursula von der Leyen, against whom further legal action will be taken because we have sufficient evidence."
The social credits narrative seemed like a suggestive story with vague dystopian and Orwellian overtones, but Baldan's story clearly shows us that it has become reality, and it has become so in the heart of Europe.
